Samsung are really getting bad on their products quality. I have all latest devices from Samsung, and they all are giving trouble about something like getting hot, stuck, or lines on displays. This table withing 9 months of purchase display got lines all over screen. Note no physical damage or no rough use to device but still their device getting crazy in few months of use

I found this open box products like a brand new. No scratch no damaged at all.

We jave had this tableylt for 1 year. Since we purchased it we noticed that it takes its time charging. We have tried many different charging cables. No different. Over the year it has gotten worse. We have just delt with it because it is my sons. But now we have to have the cables in certain positions to even get the thing to charge. (We have had the charging port cleaned). Other than the charging issue, this tablet seems ok. It does what it need to for my son.

It is a nice tablet, but it is a bit slow. Still, it is perfectly functional at a good price.

Shuts down alot. Sound goes out frequently and it is hard to get it back.

Bought this refurbished tablet. It waa only like 15 dollars cheaper then a brand new one. They said it would work. Waste of money womt turn on and if it does it wont hold a charge. Haven't been able to use it. Had it on the charger for days and still nothing

Works alright for streaming and as a last resort backup for running live show consoles. But this things OS lagged straight out of the box. Does the job and having a spare tablet is convenient but don't expect anything above light-duty.

It's for my wife, and she likes the old A7 better. But the battery went bad on the old one. Definitely not liking the new one as well.

Tablet is a little slower than I expected. Visual field is very clear.

I'm not happy with the way it only charges if its unlocked and some other things including getting it turned off.

Worst battery I have ever experienced in a new electonic device. Charge will not hold for more than 1 day. Will not boot up while on charger if below 25%. I have given it benefit of doubt, it's terrible.
