The screen back out after 5 months since bought it. In service for over a month and no words when it gets fixed. My kids are back in school now and needed, and I PREFERABLE get a refund or give me a new one but they wouldn't want to give me one. I also bought 3 yrs extended warranty as well.

Based on reviews from other people it seemed like it would be a piece of cake. I'm not the most tech savvy person out there but I usually don't have issues like this. Then I find out this tablet is not compatible with Roblox, one of my son's favorite games. It's going back.

The item never shipped. I went to the store and was told that it would take another 1-2 weeks before it would arrive. Canceled the order and went with something different. Two thumbs down

Digital junk, not worth buying

When I try to unlock it goes dark and it needs a restart. After a few minutes it goes the same again. Unfortunately the return period is over and it remains as a digital junk in my home.

It was extremely slow like 90s dial up slow. Tried to update to hopefully make it usable but it black screened needed to turn on again. Returned. I love my other Galaxy tablet, you get what you pay for.

Awful, I regret buying

Also stopped charging at all sometimes for no reason. Should have just spent the money on a Galaxy Tab s9 instead.
