I ended up returning this because of the battery life being poor. Other than that it was good but not worth the full price in my opinion.

Software runs smoothly and has activities that can be combined with regular kids games not only to be focus on the tablet for long periods of time.

Samsung offers a 12-month warranty on your tablet for manufacture defects in materials and workmanship. If your phone or tablet displays only a blank screen, there are a few things you can check to determine the cause of the problem. For example, your device's battery might be dead, or maybe it just needs to be reset. Check out, "Blank or black display on a Samsung phone or tablet" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your display. Great device for kids

It can be cumbersome to setup at first but with a bit of digging around and some online help it works out fine.
