This is the first Samsung tablet I've purchased. I liked it for the ability to add an SD card for more storage. The salesman recommended an app to make it look more like the Apple interface and it's made it easier to convert.

I bought this tablet as a gift for my wife before a vacation. She uses it for tv shows and games but is still learning about it. She doesn't know what to expect out of a tablet and calls it slow, but it may just be our teenager using a lot of the wifi bandwidth.

Right after I bought this, my laptop died. It doesn't have the storage to replace, but it did come with a Windows suite that I can store externally. Does everything I need it do and then some! Very pleased!

We purchased this tablet for my daughter a few weeks ago. So far we are happy with our purchase. It was the best value for our money and has plenty of storage space. I was worried about it being too big, but the size does not seem to be an issue.

Purchased this tablet for my mother-inlaw. She love to play games on it and it works very well. It does freeze up on one of the games sometimes. Just have to restart it and then it works fine for a couple of days.

My son is 9 years old and he loves this tablet. He had a ipad before this and he ran that one into the ground. He had it from age 1.5 to 8 years old. I'm hoping this one lasts just as long.

This is a very nice tablet for the price. The only thing I do not like is I hit the buttons that returns you to the previous screen or the button that lists what you have open to often. But being used to an ipad is part of that problem. I would purchase again if I had a choice.

I wasn't sure I would become a tablet geek, but it has been great for everyday reading of emails and news, taking video of my kids at play or sports, and checking weather. It's much faster than booting up my laptop or computer, so much more convenient!

I had a 9.6" Tab A, the size of which is not being made anymore. This is 9.6 but narrower and longer. Holds charge for a good amount of time.

Good for kids for their e-learning and watching some school videos and kids programs. The screen resolution and clarify is good though its bit slow and GUI hangs sometimes. Touch should be made more sensitive.

This little tablet is more that expected. The young lady receiving this as a gift was thrilled. Her eyes were brighter and almost bigger than the screen when she open the box. Perfect gift.

Purchased this for aging mother -- She enjoys social media and other apps with this device. The display is clear and large enough for aging eyes to view.

He's wanted a tablet for a very long time. I hid this, but he found it and was ecstatic. Christmas has already come for him. He LOVES the tablet and is using it to continue his education.

I bought this for my mother so she could play her games while watching TV. Once she got the hang of how to use it she can't put it down. She brings it with her everywhere.

It's a good starter tablet still kinda slow but gets the job donee

my customer representative was fantastic!! she was so helpful!! she was the reason that I just did not return the product. she was able to find me another one and shipped it so I received it the next day!!

When I got there, the computers/tablets dept. was busy, so a guy from appliances came over and helped us with the purchase of two of these Samsung tablets. The young man was very helpful, and friendly, and we appreciated his help.

Don’t know if it’s my wifi or it’s just the tablet itself but it runs slow. Sometimes apps get stuck then start running again. I have a pretty good Netgear device for wifi just not sure what it is. But I do like yhe variety of things you can do on it.

With a lot of other tablets on the market I was looking for one that wasn't that expensive and still had great quality as well.I am so happy with my purchase.For the price in comparison to other tablets on the market this one is great
