Downfall is the Best Buy, Samsung sales rep explained to me how too new of a model, and odd size, no hardshell case available. ALL tablets should come with a case. But my kids are satisfied.

Amazing Tablet, Amazing Price!

Great for my 10 year old

I'm happy I bought this instead. No ads and there is a parental control. Where you can control it on your phone like limited play time and need your permission to download anything. I will definitely buy this again.
