Mostly great, disappointing battery life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Last year at Black Friday I bought two kindle fires, mostly to use as dedicated music players. the problem was the amazon apps pretty much suck. and they INSIST on connecting to the internet. I got this to replace them, and while it BEATS the fire hands down in many ways, the fires lasted FOREVER on a charge and this thing drains even when it's not being used (overnight etc.)
