I like the portability of a tablet coupled with the many features available.

Who wants a wifi tablet without wifi? Not me either. Who wants to deal with sending off your new tablet multiple times and losing countless hours with customer service? I didn't, avoid this tablet if you want to save time and hassle

I wish I didn't have to restart it all the time to get emails

I love my new tablet. I haven't owned a tablet other than my 1st gen Kindle fire. So this compared to the Kindle is way better and the processor with my tab pro 10.1 is soo much faster. And definitely longer battery life. I use mine to watch movies and post pictures of my family and the screen and picture quality is amazing. I am very proud owner of my new Samsung galexy tab pro 10.1. I bought my tablet Friday the 15th of February and I still haven't put it down. I haven't found a thing that I do not love about it. I would recommend this to anyone.

I got it yesterday and I must say I have not put this thing down, it's great, love the new software and magazine ui, so far battery life as been decent, the camera is really good for a tablet, added 32gig extra storage. I also returned the note 10.1 (2014) edition for this and I am very happy.

1st--I was sold on the fact that I can sync my computer with my tablet. I like to watch videos online that I need a computer for and being able to stream it from my computer to my tablet is great. Only Problem is the streaming is not smooth. I have fast internet so thats not the problem. 2nd--This tablet doesn't have enough ram. I have the Galaxy note 3 and it comes with 3gb of ram and 32gb memory. This 10.1" tablet only has 2gb ram and 16gb memory. It comes with so much samsung apps that it leaves me with very little ram when I install my few apps. (Plus it doesn't let you move apps to sd card unless rooted). And 16gb of memory only gives you 10gb total. If you can afford it, get the 12.2"

purchased this for my son to play games and watch movies on it works just fine for what he needs it for. I purchased the 10.5 version for my own usage. The value you will put in this tablet is if it meets what your expectations are when you purchase it.

This is by far the best tablet that I could find on the market. It does everything that I would expect and more. Battery life is great and with memory upgrade you have room for all of the apps and photos.

I bought this tablet a month ago and i really love it the picture quality the remote control that is integrated is awesome and overall is very smooth I love it

Screen quality is excellent. I purchased this as my second Tab Pro. No, make that my third.

I purchased the new Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 on February 18th, 2014 from Best Buy for $499.99 and I couldn't have been happier. After having the Samsung Galaxy III for several years without flaw I would expect their latest product line to live up to these same great standards. One day I thought the device was taking a long time to charge and I then noticed that the battery had a red X on it (using the provided Samsung adapter and cable). I did a little troubleshooting and did not have any issues when using my other MicroUSB charging devices. I noticed the provided one from Samsung has an output of 5.3v and 2.0a (which match the printing on the back of the device) while other chargers are 5.1v with various different amps (ones I have range from 850mA to 2.1a). I called Samsung as I am told to do from the distributor (Bestbuy) and they offer to send a replacement power supply and cable to remedy the situation. I take the new power supply and cable with me on my latest business trip and encounter the problem yet again however once again I have no problems charging with my other chargers that I happen to have on me. Unfortunately due to the amount of time Samsung took to get me the new charger I am no longer within the window to exchange this device now at Bestbuy. I returned from my trips and call Samsung to find that their only solution is for me to send them the device for repair. Are you kidding me? I have a brand new device out of box and I need to now live without the device while they troubleshoot it, that doesn't seem like quality customer service. I could see if the device was aged but this is a brand new device that I naturally have several uses for or else I wouldn't have paid the premium for it. I did not harm the device on my own, it came fresh out of the box this way and I wouldn't purchase a car and drive it off the lot for it to break and then stare at it in the garage. When asked how long it would take for them to repair the answer was “it can vary, there is no set turnaround time.” I asked who was expected to package and ship the device and received “You will need to package the device but Samsung will provide shipping labels.” This all seems like a joke, so if indeed it is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping it would seem as if this is now on me and my investment is now worthless. I offer a credit card in exchange for a working (I would expect new and not refurbished given it is less than a month old) device and then they can have their lemon back but that is not an option. After speaking with several people no one budged to offer a quality customer service experience to match what I feel is a good product. I believe the answer lies in the voltage variance and will soon be discovered as a manufacturing flaw if it has not been already and just being kept quiet. I am quite displeased with the customer service experience at Samsung and I am now skeptical to purchase the S5 as I had planned to do or just wait for the HTC One in hopes they have better customer service. If the device was 6+ months old or if I hadn't called with the original problem while still within the exchange window and I would expect to have to ship it for repair but at this point Samsung should be exchanging the device with a new one since the current one I got was a lemon. This inconvenience should be all on them and none of it on me.

Wow was looking forward to using this device with the great resolution but was so disappointed. 1) It is surprisingly laggy and just plain froze up on several occasions. 2) Pretty bad light bleed in bottom right quadrant. Like spotlights. Makes viewing movies with dark borders pretty unenjoyable. 3) The blacks are kind of dark gray. Not good. 4) The back gets pretty hot and uncomfortable to hold. 5) Surprisingly all videos including YouTube and Netflix seemed slightly out of focus with muddy colors. This REALLY surprised me given the high resolution. 6) Already own a Note 3 and find this somewhat redundant as the Note 3 is about the same width in landscape as this is in portrait. And honestly the screen image on the Note 3 is superior. Note 3 also fits in my pocket. 7) Sound is tinny at best. Not very loud. Oh well, glad I tried it but found the experience disappointing.

My girlfriend uses it primarily for school and has no complaints about it. Great user interface, brilliant colors and excellent sound.

I love this tablet. I use it for checking e-mail, reading books, storing documents and managing notes and reports for meetings. It is very light weight. I carry it in my purse. Great tablet.

Samsung tablet is good but i like iPad than samsung

This tablet is still going strong 2 years after purchase. Great video streaming. No bugs. Great tablet.

Bought one of these yesterday and returned it today. Would not keep a wifi connection. Kept giving me messages about not being connected on certain websites. I would check and connection was good. Could not find a way to correct this problem. Also had problems with hesitation on websites that would stay connected, I have a note 2 phone that works 10 times better than this pro did.

I purchased tablet #1 on 3/26/14 had to return it 3/29/14 because the screen started flickering and movies and videos wouldn't play. Exchanged it for a new one that's doing the exact same thing returning it 3/31/14. Was told it could be a faulty processor. May move to apple.
