Disappointed

I ordered a tablet, which, according to Best Buy’s policies, should have been reset to factory settings before being sold. However, upon setting up the device—after purchasing a screen protector, keyboard, and case—I discovered the following issues: The tablet does not charge fully and charges at an unusually slow rate. Upon powering it on, I was met with a two-factor authentication request. When attempting to bypass it, the tablet required login credentials from the previous owner’s Google account, making the device unusable. Attempting to resolve this issue has been an absolute nightmare. I tried to contact my local Best Buy for assistance, but your customer service system does not allow direct connections to local stores. Instead, I was routed to customer support representatives who, unfortunately, were difficult to understand due to language barriers. When I requested to speak with an English-speaking representative, I was met with hostility. The agent sarcastically responded in Spanish and then told me to call back and request an English-speaking representative. Before I could respond further, she disconnected the call. This lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for my concerns is unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no way to identify the representative or escalate the issue. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but this experience has left me seriously reconsidering any future purchases. The lack of quality control on open-box items, the inability to reach local stores, and the unprofessional customer service have driven me to explore alternatives such as Amazon, where I know I will receive better service and a hassle-free return process.

I was offered 3 free months of YouTube TV and was charged 3 days after using the code they provided me. They would not issue the refund and kept saying it was YouTubes responsibility and I needed to reach out to them. Then asked would I go to the store and have them to deal with the issue after I purchased everything online. I was on the phone with best buy customer service for 45 minutes for nothing. Again, this is for best buy customer service, and not the actual product.

It's a big tablet

I do like the anti reflection on the screen and the S pen feels great to use. It is really big, though, so holding it with two hands can get a little uncomfortable. I might exchange for the plus just because of the size, but if you like multitasking and drawing, then it's perfect
