I picked this up as an open box excellent. The quality is very good. I was torn between this and the ultra version but the 13 in version is plenty. I have had no issues iwth software slowdown and plan on using it an a wireless monitor when streaming.

So far all is great love my 65 inch tv. I like this brand of tv

My new tablet has been more challenging than I thought it would be. I am having problems with turning it off even though I have asked for help. A family member will be visiting next week and I hope I will be able to have input on my concerns. As far as employee assistance that was 5 stars.

Love the tablet but dont buy it from bedt buy delivery. You will never see it. Bought this as a gift and after 5 days realized they lost the item and i had to buy it elsewhere.

The screen broke a little too easy, and unfortunately it was something that couldn't be fixed - only replaced. So if you don't buy the warranty, you have to replace the device yourself. It's a good device, sometimes slow. But I did end up repurchasing it (256 GB this time) just disappointed.

Happy with my purchase.. worth the money .........

As always, samsung has come thru again. The only problem I have is the buttons on the side

Love my new tablet. The only problem is for the size of my tablet theirs no case, i have order from best buy 3 times each time was the wrong size

I am rating this excellent though I ultimately returned it for the S10+. I did that because the size was just a bit more than I wanted for what I do with it. If you want a true laptop replacement, this is a great option. For using as a stand alone tablet in bed or what-have-you, it's just a bit long on the portrait end to hold. Unfortunately, a lot of apps use don't translate to landscape view and that made this a bit more than I wanted to deal with long term.
