    At this price point, we purchased this tablet to see if we could fit it into my brother's workflow, and it has been stellar. 2 cons for the tablet would be that the screen leaves a little to be desired (considering a fair amount of devices are OLED). The next would be optimization for certain apps (which is an issue with a lot of devices on newer software)

    Great product. My daughter loves it. She can do everything she wants to and great battery life. Would recommend this product.

    Bought this for my husband who loves you tube and movies. The graphics are amazing! The tablet is light weight and easy to handle. You can do business on it one minute and turn it in to Netflix and chill within minutes!

    Purchase a tablet with a larger screen for my Mom. It was a lot more than I expected. The person wasn’t very helpful. Didn’t tell me I needed and adapter so I had to return to purchase one. No cases or screen protector in store. I felt cheated.

    No issues with the product, except that it should have included a SD chip. The sales person was careful to try to rope me into all sorts of Best Buy crap (credit card, etc.). He did not bother to mention the one thing I needed.

    Love the tablet but dont buy it from bedt buy delivery. You will never see it. Bought this as a gift and after 5 days realized they lost the item and i had to buy it elsewhere.

    I'm really sorry I bought this. It's too large and cumbersome. If you want that, buy it. There was one half as large as I could have bought that one. A case for this is over $100, so I chose not to add on my bill. I wish better instructions had come with this as well. Lastly, I ordered Gery but got black.

    Worst peice of crap I've ever purchased. Needless to say, I returned it. You are forced to buy a physical keyboard in order to use this tablet. Do not buy this unless you are okay with that. You don't get a on screen keyboard with this tablet. And in case you think I just didn't know what I was doing, I contacted Samsung tech support and spoke to 3 different reps and none of them could fix this problem. I'm disappointed in Samsung. They are a garbage company now.
