No on screen keyboard

Worst peice of crap I've ever purchased. Needless to say, I returned it. You are forced to buy a physical keyboard in order to use this tablet. Do not buy this unless you are okay with that. You don't get a on screen keyboard with this tablet. And in case you think I just didn't know what I was doing, I contacted Samsung tech support and spoke to 3 different reps and none of them could fix this problem. I'm disappointed in Samsung. They are a garbage company now.

I returned this item because it would not connect to my home Wi-Fi. After I purchased it I found that it needed to be connected to 2g network my network is 5g. Every device in my home it connected to my 5g network therefore after being advised to change my modem to 2g which would cause everything connected to my wi-fi in my home to no longer connect in decided to return it.
