I've had the Galaxy Tab S2 for about a month now, and find that I use it far more than I'd thought I would. I've been using an Apple iPad 2 since they came out in 2011, so was pretty sure about my usage, but enjoy this one so much that I seem to seek new tasks for it. I'd planned on using it primarily for ebook reading (mostly textbooks), and it does shine in that regard, but the screen is so much nicer and has such a higher degree of resolution that it's becoming my preferred surfing tool as well. The battery could last a bit longer, but considering size and weight restrictions it does OK. Remembering that it's an OLED device and that turning the brightness down can significantly decrease energy usage helps, and using white text on a black background in reading apps extends operating time greatly (as dark pixels use little to no energy). I'd debated getting a newer iPad or a mini, but having the option of popping in memory cards really swayed my decision. I use an external Digital Audio Converter (DAC) to listen to music through headphones (an experience I heartily recommend to any music lovers, even if you don't think you'd notice the difference; you will) and iProducts don't support that well, if at all. Even if you can get it to work with an iThingy, you'd still be limited by memory ($$$) and/or streaming ability (using either lower quality music files available online or your own music that would have to be available for streaming, with a few exceptions ($)) I was a bit worried about the size of the display vs. a 10 inch or the 9.7 inches of the iPad, but my eyes are good and the high resolution of the Tab S2 allows me to read more of a page than the older iPad 2 does, so image size is not much of an issue. Larger would be nicer, and perhaps better, but with the larger screen comes the coincident issues of larger device size. I may get a larger one one day, but I like this one just fine!

The Samsung S2 is easy to use. Nice processor and video for watching movies.!

The resolution on this tablet is wonderful! The size is perfect and the fact that it comes with microsoft is the best. I really, really like the fact that I can link my Samsung Galaxy S5 and answer the phone and reply to text messages from my tablet.

I think this tablet is awesome. The picture is so crisp and it's loads fast.

This tablet is amazing with its vibrant colors and deep blacks makes for the best 8 inch tablet on the market right now, love the price point not to high and it's resolution is amazing and it's very smooth and no lag and very user friendly.

Tablet is terrific......does everything. My only issue is getting someone to help and teach how all the features work......Geeks do not return phone calls and Samsung employees too busy. As a result it has taken me longer to self learn, but I do love this tablet........so easy to be moble!

The Samsung Tab S2 is a solid performer! Its predecessor, Tab S, used to have a 16gb variant while the Tab S2 comes with 32gb for the smallest memory option. Processor is very responsive and colors vibrant. Throw in a 128gb micro sd card and you have you one really awesome music player. Bluetooth streaming is also top notch. Great buy if you happen to obtain refurbished or open box!

I really enjoy using my tablet. It is lightweight , small enough in size to carry around,yet big enough for my personal use, and just what I was looking for.
