great tablet - bad promo - the promo code for the movie Suicidesquad on my receipt had already been issued to another customer. I called Samsung several times but even after they "escalated" the problem no one ever called back. Bad service.

I do lo e this tablet. Does about everything I would want a tablet to do. Battery life is a downfall, definitely not as long lasting as an iPad. That's my only complaint. But I love how you can customize the tablet and really make it representative of who you are.Would definitely recommend if you like to play and work outside the box. Apple though is sturdy and otherwise perfect, it was just too boring for me.

This is a great addition to my Samsung Note 4 cell phone. It makes it easier to read and playing games is a lot more pleasurable. Great graphics and functionality as with the Note 4 but without the phone component, or the COST!

My girl needed a upgrade to her tablet. She had a Samsung tab 3. If you are in need of a good tablet to upgrade from a older model you can't go wrong with this purchase. She loves everything about this tablet.

I love this tablet it is amazingly light and thin, I was deciding between this one and the iPad mini 4, and since I have the iPad air 2 I decided to get a Samsung tablet, and I'm so glad I did, the screen is great, it's fast and the finger print sensor works great. The gold color is pretty too I don't really like that you need a key to remove the SD card, but I guess it has something to do with it being so thin.

Take a minute and compare this to any tablet on the market. I don't believe you'll find one better. Only issue, and not a major one is I wish the battery would last a little longer.

I am an Apple product person....but the size of this tablet is perfect for what I want it for. Wanted to try something different.

Tablet has everthing I need and more. Comes with office and using Samsung sync you can use your phone on the tablet. Would definitely recommend to everyone

It is my first tablet. I am not technologically savvy but learned quickly how to navigate it. The guy at Best Buy was terrific getting me started. I do need to go back and have a lesson to get better use of the tablet.

Brough the a 12.1 Samsung tablet originally screen kept on flickering brought this one to replace it and it works amazing no complaints at all

I am pleased as punch with this tablet. Upgraded for more internal memory to cover app usage. Great reader and movie viewer. Highly recommended

I had a 4 year old tablet that I couldn't update any more, so I went and looked at best buy and the Samsung was the best in my opinion.

The power cable got broken less than a Month. Best Buy wasn't able to exchange the cable for good one due to it passed the 14 day warranties from their side. I was refer by Best Buy associate to reach out to Samsung to replace a simple cable with out luck.
