Great product. Battery seems to drain quickly. Nice display.

We got this strictly for gaming purposes, mostly for flying. Works great, and very light. We bought a combo case and screen protector from another vendor, which makes the unit a bit heavier, but still great for the money.

Had to replace my old samsung tab. This was the best option..nice and fast powering on...surfs the web fast..games load quick. Very nice!

Tablet came out of box with a "stuck" bright, neon green pixel right in middle of screen. Samsung wanted me to ship it to them, and over course of weeks, they'd "fix it". NOT replace it but fix it. Sidenote: 2-3 hours on phone. Walked into Best Buy, told/showed them the problem....Boom! Replaced it on the spot. No forms. No questions. Also, I had NOT purchased it at that, or any, store. Bought thru Best Buy website. Whole transaction took less than 10 mins. I even would up buying a 55" TV that day. Best Buy "gets it"

Great basic tablet. Easy to use. Camera is so so. Good buy.

Would have given a 5 star but Best Buy service was a nightmare! The tablet itself is 5 STAR!! We spent over $2000.00 in two days ordering this & a MacBook Pro & was promised with the order 6 months of virus protection via digital download. For some reason that was like pulling teeth & still no digital download a month later! We called customer service several times & they assured us it was emailed & emailed again...Never received it even after giving a second email just in case!! So I took both items to the local Best Buy & they said they could do nothing because they can't help with digital downloads...mind you it is only a code!! So I then call back to the customer service line SEVERAL more times with a promise of the email again SEVERAL more times!! Needless to say still no downloads!

So far I like the tablet. It has performed well. If I could change one thing it would be the cover, which comes with the unit. It only allows two positions. The lower position is just too low for comfortable usage from a desk.

I bought the tablet for reading any Internet needs. It's quick and works just like my galaxy phone which makes it very easy to navigate

This is my 1st tablet. I love how easy it is to use. The clarity of the images and vivid color.

It is my first tablet. All family members use it, some use more some less. Screen is crisp. Tablet is rather convenient when you travel.

I bought it for my wife. She loves it for reading books with larger print and playing games. I like it for the applications.

the tab 2 is a wise choice for work or school, it helps me stay organized and also pictures, music and movies are great to watch on it!

The display is outstanding. The performance is very good. It has done everything I've ask of it. I really like this tablet.

easy to fit in my purse for travel. love Samsung tablets. wish they would invent a good stand to hold the tablet.

I love the size of my new tablet. Easy to see documents and emails. One issue, it is locking up in certain games, don't know if it is the tablet or the game. Rebooting cleared the issue for a while,then recurs.

Easy to use for someone not computer savvy who has no smart phone. The picture is crisp and clear and the size is perfect.

I can’t really give it a review as of yet. It is for a Christmas gift. So I guess you will after resend me this text after December 25th. I hope I will still get my extra point for filling this survey out. I hope a can give this product 5 star rating after trying it out

Perfect size for reading and playing games. You definitely need a case for using it to read. I definitely recommend.
