    I purchased this tablet a month ago and while watching movies, the power went-off and I can't turn it back on. I brought it to the Geek Squad at BestBuy, and them too can't turn it back on. They said, they're going to send it back to Samsung to have it check. They have my tablet since July 11,2016 and so far, I haven't heard from them yet. No idea when I'm going to get it back. I will appreciate it if they replace the whole thing or give my a full refund so I can purchase something different.
