    So far no problem with the item. When the item was purchased, a attachment was not in stock so it was ordered. We received it and took it to the local Best Buy for simple installation. We were told there would be a charge for install the simple glass cover. We walked out never to purchase from your company again!

    Received the new product in the U.S. mail. I ordered the upgraded model with 128 gb and 6 gigs ram. Upon booting up, constant black screen. Changed timeout settings to max of 10 minutes, no change. Rebooted, no change; factory reset, no change. My son is a tech, same result for him. Took it back to Best Buy today. Not a great experience. First time ever a problem with a Samsung product, and I've had many. Very disappointing birthday present to myself.
