I have had a 2 previous Samsung tablets and they bother were great. I am pleased to say this one is even better. I am still investigating everything that is included. Highly recommend it for anyone who likes things easy to use.

This tablet was perfect for reading comics on Comixology. The colors were very good. It was light so very well suited for long reading sessions. The standby time was also very good.

I had the tab 2 before getting the S5e. Even though the S5e had a bigger screen than the tab 2, the device is over all smaller making it much easier to carry around. Beautiful screen and switches between apps fast and smooth.

Awsome tablet. The picture quality is outstanding. In my opinion way better than Apple. I watch all the football games on it because the picture is really that good. Have owned it a year plus and no issues.

Lightening fast tablet with great color and a brilliant display.

This is the best tablet I've owned (or even tried). It works easily, syncs up with other devices with no problem, and the sound quality is better than my old and reliable CD player. No complaints ... I love this tablet!

I absolutely adore this tablet it is so thin and so easy to hold you couldn’t ask for a better tablet I was hoping for a second generation of this exact tablet but unfortunately I don’t see it coming if you’re looking for a nice thin lightweight tablet this is it

Bought this for my wife when I had to move cross country for work. So we could duo chat and also for her to use it when traveling back and forth. Luckily she doesn't need it now :) . But when she did it had a beautiful screen for movies and TV shows. Great for browsing and video calls. She has an Android so the software was nice.

I just got this and it works fine. My other TAB 2 stopped working so brought this as a replacement. I really miss having the option to pick other colors as they only had this in silver and black. My other one is gold.

This Samsung tablet is the best one I've purchased yet. It's extremely fast and charges quick. I'm still learning things on it, but I love it. It was a little more expensive for me but we'll worth the money. Definitely recommend it to others

Needed a replacement for 2014 Samsung tab and this fits the bill. Found it on open box for $200. I don't need the newest and fastest to watch Netflix and read emails. Kinda miss the stylus though.

Looked at the other Samsung tablets and found this one has the best picture, color and responsiveness. The tablet was so easy to set up and connect to home wifi network. Been streaming Netflix and other videos.

I upgraded from a Samsung Tab S2 8.0 inch to this and I am glad I did. The response time is faster and the screen is beautiful whether playing a game, watching a movie and using a basic application. I am getting another for my son.

Having used an iPad for years, using the Galaxy Tab took some getting used to. I'm able to do most of the things I did on the iPad and found most of the apps that I used. Very bright display with good picture quality. Some of the functionality of the buttons weren't very user friendly, but it took some getting used to. Good buy.

absolutely love the tablet. Would recommend to anyone. Samsung is the best out there. There's a lot of apps available and they have a great selection of cases. Battery life is excellent too! Great deal for the price.

Everything about this tablet is grade A. Sound quality is an A+++; screen clarity is an A++. The only thing lacking and is a major thumbs down is no ecosystem relative to Seamless connectivity to other samsung devices. Not being able to recieve texts and calls is a super let down, even when deceitfully advertised. Please fix this Samsung

Great screen. Very happy with the new S5e. I have a Note 5 phone and the S5e is just like the phone. So the learning curve was very short. Loads quickly. However, our I-Pad picks up our Wi-Fi in parts of the house where the S5e does not.

Great tablet, can't complain! Good performance and battery life. Just make sure to get a decent case first. I love reading/studying on this thing. Much better than having a laptop on your lap :D

I had always gone for flagship tablets before this one, but bought this to save some money vs. the Galaxy Tab 6. It's very rare to encounter a situation where I wish I had the extra power fo the Tab 6. I use it mainly for net browsing, plus some spreadsheets and various app usage. I also have an ipad pro 2017: this one subjectively seems about as responsive as that device, which cost over $800 at the time. I did forego the LTE capability this time, also to save some cost. With the pandemic, I've had no occasion to regret that decision, although I probably would in the future if the ipad weren't still available. To me, the usability of the Galaxy Tab S5e has been much better than the ipad, although ipados 14, which I've been using for a couple of months in Beta is finally almost up to Android Marshmallow. The one slight negative to the S5e is all the Samsung bloatware and the Samsung system, including their own app store, etc. In that respect I still appreciate the open-ness of the Shield tablet, although it is otherwise pretty long-in-the-tooth.

Getting older and my eyes are weakening. Getting a larger tablet means larger, easier to see fonts *and* gaining some more real estate. Just like my old tablet, Samsung's Super AMOLED screen is sharper than no other.
