Software/ hardware issue

Touch screen was completely unresponsive and power button wouldn't shut off tablet. Did a google search and it said to hold power button and volume button down and it shut off. Started up again and reboot to factory settings. This is going back. Not taking a chance on this one.

There is some noticeable lagging at times, but overall, I think it's one of the better quality tablets if you factor in price:performance.
