Very creative keyboard, makes up it's own words. Spellcheck gets a workout. Wish I had NOT bought it. The power switch is awkward to use as well. Nope, don't like this tablet. I'll use my Fire.

There's no aux cord port, instead an adapter that uses the charger port, so if you need to charge the tablet while using the headphones you need another adapter. I have yet to find one that will fast charge and won't overheat the charger.

I upgraded to this from a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) model, which only had an 8" screen. This model's gigantic screen is so much easier on my eyes for reading ebooks and I don't have to zoom in when reading my "newspaper" online. I've also watched a few movies on Netflix and the picture was as good as my HDTV picture. It's also quite fast - I've found a few apps that I use are far more responsive on this model. The battery lasts me about 4-5 days with about 2 hours of reading and 2 hours of video watching per day, which is really exceptional. One caution - it is so light that it's likely easy to accidentally drop. I'd suggesting getting a case right away to prevent damage. The keyboard/shell case looks very nice, but it is a bit pricey for my taste.

I received my tablet the day I came home from the hospital, in which I was bedridden for a couple of weeks. Not being able to work or lift anything heavy, the extremely thin and lightweight Galaxy Tab S5e sat very comfortably on my stomach as I watched movies / shows on all the apps (Hulu, Prime, HBOGo, Netflix, CW, TBS) while using the included stereo to USB-c adapter and noise cancelling headsets, I was getting a mini-movie experience in the dark. I had originally planned to just use it to connect to my Samsung TV, as the built in apps on the TV do not work well and have limited capabilities. Now that I am able to move around, I am streaming it to big TV and stream Pandora onto blue tooth speakers I have around the house. Pros: Extremely lightweight Quick boot up and shutdown Good battery life Works well with older Samsung TV for streaming SmartThings app works well with this for your other Samsung SmartThings products (vs IOS app) Cons: TOO lightweight? I almost dropped it once and realized a small drop will probably destroy it, so you'll need a good case Samsung Galaxy is Android so navigating around isn't as easy or intuitive like Apple iOS Front/Back Camera - I would prefer a version without cameras/mics, positive for most, con for me Privacy concerns: You have to accept quite a few pages of Terms & Conditions & Privacy policies, which are so long that it is kind of frightening how powerful this little guy is and how much information you give up about yourself and life to it/Samsung. I'm sure most people just accept and not think about it, but I do, hence the desire for a camera-less and microphone-less version. Overall, I was expecting to use this simply as a companion to my Samsung TV, but I find myself using it for everyday browsing/music streaming - everything I used to do on my IPhone, because of the large screen and comfortability of holding it, being so lightweight. This device saved me from being miserable for 2 weeks, and brought plenty of entertainment during my recovery.

It appears to be good quality. Picture is great. Audio is good while watching movies, not so great for video chat. It's OK while using Skype, terrible while using Messenger. Neither party can hear very well and there is no way to adjust the microphone level. Also, while video chatting, if you walk around, the tablet's screen will go blank. You must swipe the screen and enter your password before it comes back on. This happens all the time. I bought two S5Es to video chat with our grandkids. Very disappointed.

Once I got the hang of the new updates, was great.

However, I have a feeling that it has been refurbished. It may have previously been used in Naples Fl. Whenever doing a search, the tablet thinks it's in southern Florida. It was not sold as refurbished.

Camera has no flash, I would not have bought this if I new it didn't have a flash. I thought I was upgrading when I bought this. My tabA 8" is better for pictures and was also less money.

While the screen it's truly excellent and responsive, and stored items appear very quickly the WIFI is iffy at best. When I go online If the WIFI is working, it is generally very responsive. However, it might work for 2 minutes and 3 searches and then just freeze. And it doesn't make any difference what site you are on or searching ... whether google, amazon, bookbub or weather.com. And generally won't work again until I reboot it. And even then I might have to reboot it 2 or 3 times more. Very, very disappointed.
