Bought this tablet for the wireless connection. However, it will not hold the connection. Called Samsung & they said to reset it every time I use it. No use to me. Should have returned it.

Terrible service, no willingness to help. I purchased this tablet for work but it is not security safe so I asked to have it returned and Best buy would not even work with me. Now I am stuck with an expensive device that cannot be used. Very disappointing!! Will NEVER shop at best buy ever again.

I cancelled this order because the brandermill best buy would not match amazon prime day deals. Best buys web site say they match all onlines prices. I have been going to beat buy for years and have spent alot of money there. Very disappointed in this transaction.

Terrible!! I'm an electronic fanatic and when I say it's not a good tablet, it's not a good tablet. It freezes and now it's not charging or coming on. This is going to be my 2nd time having a problem and I bought it last month. I'm about to just buy an apple iPad..yeah I said it.

I've been using the Tab S5e for about a week and it's probably the best value android tablet on the market right now, as long as a stylus/pen is not an important feature for you. I used to love my old Nexus 7 tablet way back when and using this device brings me back to that time. It's thin and light so it's perfect for portable media consumption and casual internet use. My only real issues with the device are the bezels are extremely small, so holding it without accidental screen touches can be challenging at times, and the performance can get a little slow for more graphics-intensive gaming. Battery life is acceptable; about average compared to what I get on my 9.7" iPad. Compared to the iPad (assuming you're not locked into the Apple ecosystem), this is much easier to handle due to the lower weight, and it has a slightly larger, brighter screen. It comes with a charger and cable, but nothing else, so make sure you budget for some screen protection and/or a case.

I didnt even get 30 days with this product it was not an open box i paid over 400 bucks all of the sudden does not work and I cant get assistance due to the pandemic I've try calling no help

Recently, I made a promise to myself...no more new technology purchases. I failed! I made a trip to Best Buy to actually see if I could purchase a music cd, something that is a lost art in itself. When that didn't go as planned, I felt it was a sign from God that I needed to spend some money on something. And so when I picked up the Galaxy Tab S5E, my feelings served me correctly. The 10.5 inch screen didn't have me trying to adjust my eyes to focus on app names, etc. 99% of people already have a smartphone or other mobile device, I have had my share. I know the apps I want to have, easy enough to download from Google Playstore when I'm ready. The increased volume level has a nice, big sound....I usually have to do battle with my husband listening to his stuff while I'm listening to my stuff. So, I didn't buy a cd from Iron Maiden that day, but "Aces High" official video is clearly my reward on the S5E. Up the irons!

The thing that strikes me most about this tablet is the OLED display. The colors jump out at you and for me the brighter the better. The second thing that jumps out at me is how thin this thing is. Its amazingly thin and only time will tell how that holds up but so far so good. The next thing I am looking to get is the keyboard/case from Samsung to complete the setup for me. With that keyboard I really think its a small laptop replacement. It has the speed and the features to do everything a laptop can do. It also has the expandable memory slot for the micro sd card. The only real complaint I have is the face recognition to unlock it. It doesn't work near as well as my apple devices in that I'm failing to find the correct position to see my face and ultimately have turned that off in favor of using a pin to unlock. Overall that's a minor issue for me and this tablet is well worth the low entry price.

This product is terrible. It froze up after a week and a half and there was nothing i can do with it.

Not sure what to really compare it too since all my other tablets are IPAD2's but this thing is a beast. It may be a tad on the large side when viewing in portrait mode. The Samsung case I bought with it (keyboard) does not have a scroll pad. But everything else about this tablet is great. Sound quality, build quality, speed, display, battery life all winners. I think for the price point you won't be disappointed.

Very happy with this tablet. As usual with Samsung, the screen is the star of the show and looks incredible here. I really like the size of it and find that landscape mode is my preferred way of interacting given how long the device is. It’s hard not to have the occasional accidental screen tap with your fingers when holding it, but I still like how it feels in the hand (it’s so thin!) Speakers sound great for a tablet, too. Complaints: does the cord to the charger HAVE to be this short? It’s hard to use while plugged in unless you’re right on top of an outlet. I also find that scrolling in Chrome has some lag every now and then, which hopefully can be fixed with a software update. Ditto the call and messaging continuity feature w/ my S9. It appears that requires an update from Verizon to my phone, and hopefully that will happen soon. It would be nice to use this promised feature and there’s not enough info about setting it up on Samsung’s website. It would be nice if they were clearer about this kind of thing in the future. All in all, at this price it’s definitely a keeper.

Brand new out of the box - Christmas gift and it wont turn on.

I really never been a fan of tablets, but with my business mostly being out of my vehicle, I wanted to give tablets a try. With this tablet being a Samsung product, which I own multiple Samsung products, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, TVs, and cell phones, I want a my first tablet to also be a Samsung product. I really was impressed when I first started using this tablet and I love how fast the apps worked when switching through screens. I also love the fact that I can download all my information from the phone and use it on the tablet which was great! I really didn't like the fact the fingerprint scanner is very difficult to use and unresponsive at times, and I still never was never able to get my phone to sync with the tablet to where I can answer and make calls from it, it's real frustrating but I love everything else about this tablet, and I'm now a fan and will continue to buy them.

This may be Samsung's best tablet to date. I can't find another one by any maker that feels so slim and light at 10.5 size. I mainly bought this to watch 4k videos on Youtube and it has not let me down at all. The contrast and black levels makes it feel like you are there. Makes it wonderful for us who dislike travel burdens or how expensive it is to exp a place in 4k videos. The speakers are excellent, this thing gets loud enough for me that I don't need bluetooth speakers. You must be very careful holding this tablet, the back is very slick and one drop could mean breaking it or an ugly dent. I have a case from on order from China. Its a TPU silicon one that is small and light, I can't see myself buying a big and heavy case when that defeats the purpose of this tablet in a way. Ok, has to be one negative, well yes and no. I think web pages look a bit better with non amoled screens and I mean slight tiny bit, non amoled screens look like natural. But that tradeoff is well worth it to me, like I said earlier if you can't afford to travel just watch 4k videos on this, next best thing to being there.

Its a simple tab but it gets the job done as a multimedia device. Nice and thin.

Great tablet for all your preferred uses. I like it.
