nice to have a keyboard

Have had to redo my password twice. Emails are difficult to recieve and send. Especially if emails are somewhat longer han usual. I thought I was getting more space to do so. And as always, when I call the geek squad, they try to help but they either go so fast or I do not understand that I just say ok because I am tired of trying to understand what they are saying. Do you have classes or is the info so I can read and try to understand the working of this crazy tablet.
