The service at the Peoria store was awesome. The guy from the Geek squad worked on my old tablet but it was toast so I bought the new one.

Great everyday tablet for browsing the internet and email. Only issue I had was with gaming. The graphics processor is not efficient enough for gaming. Screen is nice and bright. Other them that. No issues.

This was for my mother in law’s birthday and it was perfect for her. Great clarity easy to set up and it was perfect!! Definitely recommend it.

A great tablet for a decent price. It was easy to setup, and I really enjoy taking notes with the S-Pen. It is actually a good size to hold without a case on it - still debating whether or not I want to put one on.

Its awesome. only fact is its not useable with at&t samsung phones because i cannot use call and text to other devices(at&t problem). Samsung by far has great products and i will continue to use them.

It's okay for the most part. Occasionally it restarts on its own and occasionally the touch keyboard will act up, but those issues are far and few between. It works as it should most of the time.
