3 stars for having the products i needed could have been 5 if your associates greeted me and not just walked buy even after greeting them myself. Anyhow when i did get the Samsung reps they were nice enough. Couldn't find where the Samsung tablets were located so i walked through the section labeled tablets and computers but neither reps from apple or the guys next to them walked up to me, could have been talked into a macboof air or even a lesser lenovo etc... but guess i didn't look the part. Thanks Samsung love my tablet

this was a gift for mom after she lost her's in a house fire and its a huge hit!! so many great upgrades from her last one.

I must admit that historically, I haven't loved Android tablets. Even though I have used Android phones for years, the Android OS fit a tablet. Now, however, I'm happy to say it works very well.

Very responsive, beautiful clear screen, it does what it is supposed to. Definitely much better than my 4-year-old iPad.

Works nice, but surprisingly the battery does not last as long as I would expect. Letting it sit overnight and turning off any background app, still seems to use battery quicker than other tablets

Excellent. Fast with 4gb ram. Pen works with pressure points. Nice screen for a LCD too. Great drawing tablet.

It's heavier than expected, but works great for my needs. I use it for studying and for taking notes for class.

Beautiful and great value. Be sure to turn on the power save mode or else the battery will die very quickly.

My son bought it with his own money, and he enjoys being able to connect it with his other Samsung devices.
