One big flaw

Seems to hae the power to do what I need it to and more. One massive flaw is every hour or so you need to exit out of your apps and clear your memory. Background apps will load up and make the tablet nearly unusable. I cant seem to keep them from auto loading. Hence the 3 stars vs 4 or even 5.

To start with, the pen was difficult without a case to maintain magnetism. Speakers were clear but the device fails to regulate a sound level like televisions do with maintaining change in volume. Menus were easy to use but for a lite version of the samsung s6 it was heavier and too large to carry around everywhere

It works as expected though its not as good as my IPad2. I have found the IPad2 to be much more responsive to my touch and less likely to freeze when surfing the web. Granted, this tablet was $75 less than a comparable IPad so you "do get what you pay for".

Samsung community nor their chat line could assist. I will have to go to the Best Buy location to get help. Very aggravating, but hopefully will have better luck once I can get to use it. I have several friends who have this model and are very happy with their purchase.

Sometimes only seconds after opening. Difficult to "restart". Sleep time is set at 10 minutes. Tablet is almost useless. Planning to return.
