You can't just plug it in to recharge. You have to move it around to get a connection. This will give this a short life.

Then he found one, I was assured, it was Cellular. But was told he couldn't put the sim card in for me, without being charged. It was not a cellular device. Very disappointed.

Not worth the money. Poorly designed device.

Not pleasant to write on and writing does not work well at all. There is just no good use for this device other than using it as a screen like you could an $80 tablet.

The battery does not last long before it has to be recharged. The recharge cord is very short so that it is difficult to use the tablet while it is being recharged.
