Good deal on black Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't get the tablet to stay on, so I can't say I can give an honest rating. I was using an IPad that just stopped working and wasn't covered by a maintenance contract so this tablet was recommended as a replacement.

I wasn’t particularly impressed with the galaxy tab S6 lite. I have an eighth generation iPad and wanted to try to go back to android. This seems like a good option but I found it cumbersome to use. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Purchased a Samsung tablet. Also purchased the microsoft business package. Typed the code in provided on my receipt and of course it doesn't work. Came back into the store in Clarksville, IN and talked to technical department. They looked at it and couldn't get it to work and told me that I would have to schedule a second appointment. I'm an over the road truck driver and am out of town. Guess I will be returning product

This tablet is less than a month old and it’s already got problems it won’t turn on and I just gave it as a birthday gift I bought it back in November so now they won’t take it back so now I’ve got a piece of crap Samsung tablet and it’s a piece of crap beware buyer

Bought this to replace my 2016 Galaxy tab A 10.1 and the only different i say is the memory. Speed is about the same. Takes forever to install apps. Definitely feel like i over paid.

The open box-excellent device arrived with dirty fingerprints all over the device and a missing charging cable. The description says: Open-Box Excellent Looks brand new Includes all original parts/accessories Typically contains packaging None of which were true in this case. When contacted customer care, the only option provided was to return and refund. They refused to provide any information on device exchange. Tablet seems okay otherwise. Have not used it yet. Recommended product under lower sale prices but don't buy from best buy.

For the price this was a pretty mediocre. My Galaxy Tab S2 had better screen quality. Its quite dim in regular lighting and batter life was average. I ended up returning it.

Brought this product as "open box." The sales asscociate assured me that the product had been thoroughly inspected and worked perfectly, this was not so. Once the tablet came on there was a lock code on it and it would not allow me to factory reset it. I brought it back to Best Buy with the hopes of Geek Squad being able to repair it but they couldn't. Words cannot express how thoroughly disappointed I was

I bought this for my daughter as a gift for christmas and she loves that she able to draw on her new tablet but she has replace the round plastic on the stylus pen after using it less than a month.

Not a great tablet at all it lacked in quality. I used it for a bit and it just kept on depleting in battery life. Not happy with this purchase at all.

Nice tablet, but it is very heavy and very sluggish on the internet. But other than that I use it for mystery games I play and it works for those.

My other Samsung tablet with the S-Pen had more features. This one is just ok, in the long run I wasted money since it can't complete all of my tasks. Plus I hate Bixby which is the assistant.

It's ok, but I can't give it a good review since the Bluetooth is terrible especially with controllers. I bought this to do stream gaming and the controller lags terribly. For this reason I can't use it with xcloud. Would return if I could, but I'm stuck with it and can't use it for what I wanted it for. I contacted Samsung about this and they could not fix it on my end and have yet to update the tablet to fix it and before you think it's maybe not the tablet the co troller and streaming work flawlessly with my Google pixel 2 XL.

Bought it then a month later went on sale for 25% cheaper (90.00) not very cool. Decent product but if memory wasn’t an issue I’d go with the iPad equivalent.

Bought this for my elderly mom and it was more complicated than I thought It would be for here. Do not feel it was worth the price

This is so dumb i was place an order for this item. after place them is said you can change or can cancel but after you place an order they block you to do anything and i try contact support all they do make me wait and hang it up. all i want to change the deliver address. Now is said is ship out and you cant do anything until the item arrive. this is really bad support and just make me waste a hole day try to get a hold on support.

Was disappointed in the opening for the display for the apps. Tablet shuts off before i can open the app. Constantly shuting off.

Unable to watch movies on Netflix, Amazon or Peacock. The audio plays juat fine but the videos never load.

Had it less than 2 weeks and a part the screen doesnt take pen input. Also, keyboard responses are bad.
