I had purchased my 2nd tablet on 1/21/21 I made a major upgrade from the first. I did have a small issue with the webroot anti virus install but the Geek Squad saved the day.. I highly Recommend investing in the Geek Squad Coverage on all of your Appliances. They have programs for coverage on top of your manufacturer warranty As I have had to call them several times already .Only because I didn't understand the issue or how to fix a problem.. It just makes life so much easier... Thank You For your time I really appreciate it.

Good tablet for the price. I used it for media consumption as most do. Decided I wanted to go bigger with the s7+ in the end though.

Works exactly as it should. My wife uses it for lite gaming and coloring. The s pen included is a nice addition.

Love it so much, ordered another one for my hubby! The S pen is awesome, just like writing on paper. I use it for work as well as play.

I love this tablet. It has a great picture, it's quick, and does everything I need it for. The Samsung dex mode is pretty cool too.

Absolutely love this tablet! I definitely recommend this if you are looking for a basic tablet that won't break the bank, but still provides a quality experience. I love the responsiveness of the stylus, and the varying pressure levels are awesome! When watching movies/shows online, I was really impressed with the image quality and speed. It ran everything perfectly, without any extended buffering/loading times. The sound quality was also really nice. It's definitely a great value for the price!

Best Buy delivered the tablet promptly - the shipping materials were sturdy. The tablet had problems staying connected to the local router until all updates were downloaded and installed. Still getting used to the current iteration of the Android operating system and not excited about it; this tablet is replacing several Samsung units running 4.4. I have never had a problem with any Samsung device I’ve owned. The new tablet was purchased due to a desired application requiring an upgraded operating system. (I believe this tablet will qualify for 3 cycles of updates). The screen is taller but more narrow than my older 10 inch unit. It’s unfortunate my still functioning older units have no upgrade option or residual resale/recycling value..

This is a good value for the money. it functions properly and doesn't have a lot of lag. Very light weight and great resolution on the screen.

Great tablet to use around house.. awesome screen fast processor and download apps fast. I love used it everyday..

I enjoy how user friendly it is. I currently have an iPhone and switching to use a Samsung interface was not hard at all to get used to.

I bought this tablet mainly for note taking. I considered various iPad models as well since I'm pretty entrenched in the Apple ecosystem, but for what I want to use it for I could justify the several hundred dollar difference. For my purposes, this is a really great tablet for the money. The writing experience is pretty good, although I don't have a lot to compare it to. My only complaint is that it seems like the tip on the s-pen is getting a bit worn after only about a month of use.
