What happened to Samsung, :( not what it used to b

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wanted to upgrade my 10.1 2014 tablet .. this doesn't have the screen resolution my 8 year old tab has, it lags in responding. Some of the preloaded apps can no longer be updated & I think I read the Android 12 is the last upgrade to OS which it updated while I tried it out for a few days. If you want a 10-11" display you can't get the better resolution or RAM, you have to get the bigger screen for both .. $ 700- over $+1000 for a tablet ... really? Returned & still looking
