This tablet is a great value and can do most things that I needed for work. The pen is a huge plus. The tablet is a great size and weight. The pen adds endless new features for those that normally don’t purchase the pen. Most past models didn’t come with the pen. The speed and accuracy of the pen is also better than previous Samsung models as well. It’s great for putting in a protective case with an adjustable strap on the back to allow the tab to be held with one hand and to use the pen with the other. A few downsides I noticed by going with a less expensive tablet; The first thing I noticed right away was the screen quality. It looks cheap. The resolution is low, the screen appears to not be backlight and the contrast is poor. It’s definitely not made for entertainment purposes. It’s a productivity tool… if you want something for videos for a lower price I’d recommend a fire tablet. They are limited but made for movies (and shopping on Amazon of course). The screen reminded me of lcd screens from back in the day. The white colors are not as bright and the black colors appear grayish. Color seems a little washed. Also the speed of the tablet is slower. It lags. It seems to be a bit glitchy or jumpy. This could have to do with most of the hard drive being filled with proprietary software Samsung automatically downloads before you can even use the Tablet. With so little space leftover it would make sense to take longer to access files and longer to load. I definitely wouldn’t get the lowest Hard Drive option. The ram could have to do with the jumpy screen and speed. The ram limits the amount of programs that can be run at the same time so multi tasking gets irritating when your already multitasking your mind, you probably want a tool that can keep up and allow your creativity to flow and not lose your thoughts while your tablet is chugging along to try and keep up. The refresh rate is low. Movies are very jumpy and not smooth like on your tv or phone. Processor speed seems to be okay. I don’t think this is an issue. Also the battery is pretty good. The tablet doesn’t get hot either or not at least that I noticed. For me I could deal with these drawbacks but I needed one feature that was a dealbreaker for me… I needed to be able to use the camera option for posting photos. The apps that I was using on my Apple products allowed me to choose a photo to upload from photo library or saved files. The Samsung Tab has these 2 options. But I primarily used the upload method not available allowing me to upload via my camera allowing me to post a new photo/video using the camera instantly instead of having to take photos and find them in my photo library, then choose the ones I wanted having to reopen them because the thumbnails are too small. That might be minor to a lot of people, however, I upload photos to apps all day for work and it’s just much easier and faster to upload straight from my camera instantly. It’s not necessarily a feature that Samsung didn’t mean to not be available- I think it has more to do with the Android tablet software.

My daughter absolutely LOVES the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. She had the older version for years and with the protection was able to get 2022 version and she is super happy. I am happy that she is so happy with this purchase and enjoys the tablet.

I bought Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 for my wife. So far tab is working perfectly fine meeting all her needs and requirements. Screen size (10.4") gives enough display to watch videos and perform other assignments such as using Tab as a writing pad. Stylus included with the tab is a must amenity and Samsung has taken care of this need. Overall speed is excellent with no delays running all apps smoothly. Tab support 1TB of SD card which I will highly recommend if you need to increase / need more room for storage. Overall rating is 5 star for this tab.

Excellent tab fast n colors are great got a good deal.needed and upgrade ..made a good choice

We bought these to replace our previous Galaxy Tabs that were several years old. The upgrade was well worth it in terms of speed and space. The transfer utility worked pretty well. We did have a few apps that didn't synch all the data between the old and new, but that's on the apps and not the tablet. The pen is nice to have, but we don't use them often because we don't use it for artwork so I can't give a good read on the quality of pressure sensing. But it has a good grip and works well for general writing/signing. The screen is nice and clear, the size is perfect, and the WiFi is reliable. In all, a general upgrade. The battery life is much better and it charges much faster. My biggest complaint is the charging port is on the bottom so it gets in the way when you are trying to use it while charging it. Yes, you can flip it and change the orientation, but not everything flips properly (again, an app issue) and it shouldn't be required.

Spent 3 days trying to set up. Over the years, I have set up many Samsung Galaxy Tablets without a problem; however, this one is difficult and has wasted a lot of time. Still not fully set up and has totally screwed up the laptop that was communicating with new tablet and have had to reset it as well.

Excellent device but should come with additional pen tips. Also, the facial recognition can be better.

This tablet with the included S pen has been great for taking notes in work meetings. I use this tablet everyday and the battery life is great. I only use it for One Note and some Excel. I don't watch videos or play games. So I only need to charge it twice a week. It has plenty of storage for my needs and the processor is fast and responsive. Excel docks can take a couple tries to open but I think that the app maybe the problem there as no other app has this issue. The pen is easy to use and the palm rejection is great. The only slight snag I have run into is the screen is a little small for my handwriting but this can be got around as One Note allows me to zoom and scroll my text.

I bought this tablet six months ago because my MacBook laptop isn’t able to hold a charge anymore, which makes it really difficult in my classes. I am a social work student, so I don’t need to use any specific apps or programs/software And this tablet does the job for me. I can take notes on it, I can split the screen so I can have two pages open which is very convenient for researching while writing assignments. The battery lasts around eight hours consecutively which is perfect when I’m in class, or again doing an assignment, because that’s actually a really long time. It also has really good storage, and can download a lot of apps. It’s been around six months and it is starting to lag just a bit. I honestly didn’t notice, but someone else pointed out to me that it takes a long time for an app to open. If you are a student and are considering purchasing this, I would suggest buying a case for it that comes with a keyboard because it can be difficult to use the pen to type, or hand write notes all the time in class. The pen is magnetic, and sticks to the side of the tablet but I knew I would lose it in my bag quickly that way, so at least with a folio case I can put it in a pen holder.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this tablet! It's a good size, has a beautiful display, pretty wallpaper, although I added a cool picture for the lock screen because it should be darker. It has a metal cabinet (although I got a heavy duty case with a built in screen protector for it), a nice sculpted logo, not the stamped on kind, dual, nice sounding speakers, smooth, sensitive touch, quick response, easy to press buttons, and fast wifi. It has excellent battery life and charges fairly quickly. It charges at 15 watts, so get a better charger than the 7.75 watt charger that it comes with. It fast charges but won't super fast charge. I played my games on it for several weeks and it's great. No lag. If I didn't have 3 tablets already, I would get one for myself. I bought this for my mother who has no technical knowledge or patience, and has been doing well looking things up on her Samsung phone. I think she'll love it and do well with it. I set all of the settings, added apps, set them all up, and since it's the same OS as her phone, she will be familiar with it, but I made instructions on how to do everything. She won't be using the pen, but she can watch her YouTube videos (she has an account), other videos, listen to the radio, look at the weather, get directions on Google Maps and Mapquest, do her e-mail, video chat with the grand kids, and search for whatever she searches for. I can't say enough how much I LOVE this tablet! It's going to hard to hand it over to her when her birthday comes, lol!

This tablet perfctly meets my needs for consulting work while traveling, access to files and reading. I added a bluetooth keyboard and now I can travel without my laptop. The size and weight are easy to carry in a backpack or large purse and it fits in a hotel room safe. The speed is comprable to my laptop and the battery life lasts me several days.

I bought this device a year ago and it's still working like new! Fast speed, clear display and lots of storage. The pictures and videos it takes are very clear. The pen works great as well. I use it whenever I have to join an online meeting because the volume goes as loud as I need it to, and the people on the other end can hear me perfectly.
