They were very helpful my son tablet was broken i took it for repair it was not able to be repaired they replaced it under warranty with no problem

Great tablet for a decent price. S-pen seems a little less quality and slower response than others I've had before. Wish samsung had better cases to use with it, but again for the price, it's a good purchase.
