The sales person was not much help at all, because in my opinion, he did not know his merchandise good enough, He was very abrubt, in that he was in a hurry to make a sale, instead of explaining the product to me. He was also, not very friendly at all, and it seemed to my spouse a bit rude in his responses. The product is an excellent product, but the sales person could use some critique, or schooling on how to meet with the customers.

It's a nice size and not too heavy. I do wish Best Buy would sell a case and screen protector for this product.

for it price it's good, but it will give you hard time if you are apple user and it is sloooow. What is good about it: you can put as much memory you want and you can actually use the content of it. Less money more work, Overall it will do the job, you will never get what you git here on apple.

The samsung is a great product in very easy to use. Works for all of our needs.
