    I like the tablet. I don't like being bombarded with Best Buy hitting me up with the downloads . Give an option to opt out. Don't keep hammering me with the diwn load .

    I purchased an open box of the Samsung product on April 10th and it was delivered on April 12th. service order number BBY01-806930235095 as I realized that the order came with part of the equipment missing, I got in touch only when opening the package on April 19th, as I was in Chicago and only got to pick up the package on the day 19.... when I realized that the S Pen Tab S6 Pen was missing, I got in touch via chat and the attendant told me that because it was an "open box" sale he couldn't do anything about it and only if I Go to a Best Buy in person, I could resolve it... but I had a trip scheduled to return to Brazil and I wouldn't be able to go to the nearest Best Buy, so I'm here to demonstrate my dissatisfaction with such an attitude... I didn't make the return of the equipment as I am already returning to my home (Brazil), however I think I should at least have a response from your company and at least send me a pen compatible with the tablet.
