I chose the s6 lite because of the price and I'm glad I did. Screen resolution is good and also has great sound. Great for watching movies and surfing the internet.

When ordered, this was promised in two days. However, it was delayed and delayed until nearly a month later. Apparently, they sold a product that was not currently in stock. I thought I had cancelled this order and plan on return it.

We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most ideal experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This Wi-Fi enabled device does not have a SIM card slot. I think you may be referring to the microSD card slot which is located on the bottom right side of the tablet. To install a microSD card to your tablet, use the sim ejector tool that is enclosed in the box to carefully open the tray. Make sure that the gold contacts of your microSD card are facing down before carefully pushing the tray back inside the tablet.
