    The guy Jesus talked me into a refabed tablet, then said hed sync my phone and tablet! I also repeated asked for a manual for the new tablet, which he never gave me! He didnt gove me an option of a face ID, he just did it! I felt pushed and manipulated! So sad that BB lets their employees bully senior citizens!

    Bad delivery and logistics service when you talk to customer service, they only say I no longer have a product and they wash their hands and do not give any other option.

    It stopped working after 2 weeks of purchase, at first the screen was showing line on then it just went black.

    This item is not worth the sale price. Not a good quality tablet. It freezes too much and it’s slow. Didn’t have these issues with my Apple tablet. Purchasing this Samsung product was not a good decision. I have missed the deadline to return it. Will be going back to Apple.

    Giving this 1 star for the very reason that Samsung does not support Alt-DP from the USB-C port. This makes using Dex impossible without a hub. Also, the screen is really bad - edge lit and very noticeable that Samsung cut every corner they could to create this device.

    It works until you lose your passcode. Then you are stuck with a brick. You cannot even turn it off to do a factory reset without the passcode. Be sure to write down your code, or just buy something that is easier to reset then this hunk of junk.

    Bought Dec. 7th. It lasted a little over 3 months. Had very light use and was in a cover at all times. Plug it in to charge and screen just flashes. Rediculous...

    Although the galaxy tab has great color and clarity, its heavier than I'd like it to be. Adding a case would be nice in theory, but its bulky already.

    Stylus is weakly attached to tablet so was lost within a week. Best Buy does not support accessories for this product so could not help in replacement. In second week, despite having a cover, the screen cracked everywhere.
