He was also, not very friendly at all, and it seemed to my spouse a bit rude in his responses. The product is an excellent product, but the sales person could use some critique, or schooling on how to meet with the customers.

But the S pen did not come with the tablet. The only solution best buy would offer was to just give me a $20 credit and have me go buy an s pen somewhere else... I mean overall the tablet works fine it's a great tablet. Just let down by the pen issue and resolution. We where able to get a replacement from Amazon for about $15 but it's cheap and it's a knock off and you can 100% tell when using it.
