Got sold wrong version

I SPECIFICALLY asked for a tablet that could be used with a SIM card/cellular features. I was told THIS one, so I TRUSTED them and bought it, I walked over to the cellphone area to purchase a compatible prepaid SIM card, the person who helped me TOOK the tablet and looked at it, then she walked me over the the area where all the SIM cards AND POINTED at the "Compatible" cards. I PURCHASED a 3 month plan card. I took it home and wrapped it up (this was a father's day present for my husband) and gave it to him. The day came, he opened it up, was super excited, we tried to connect it, the card was active, but the tablet wouldn't work as it should've with the SIM card. Regardless to say, days passed until I realized this was a WI-FI version. Because of work I didn't have time to return, but my husband decided to keep it and just connect his phones hotspot. The tablet is BEAUTIFUL and works fine, just sucks to be tricked and not properly helped/I formed.

He took time with me and the process including checkout was great. When i had my appointment to get the items Luis was very kind and knowledgeable. He also took time answering my questions and helping me. Thank you much. I'll be back soon to get a tv.
