Great Tablet to use as a dispatch station

Very disappointed

I put a screen protector on the device but it slowed down the reponse so i had to take if off. I put a shock proof case on it to protect it. The screen is crushed. I took it to geek squad to be repaired and they refused to repair it. They want me to buy another one. I did not get the warranty. The device was very useful for me to use on my job. I love the pen for writing and signing documents. I wish it had a better way to store it because it can easily get lost. This device is not worth the money.

I have been a Samsung user for many years now I think they build great products. I was lucky to get this at a discount price, not cheap though. The colors are amazing and so are its sizes. Very happy with it I knew upgrading to a bigger tablet would be a good idea now I can say "yes"
