Very good item we love it we are every day used it

I love the screen size and how the tablet works, I use it as a monitor, school work, and for art and so far it’s been holding up we really well. Also the battery life is VERY good way better and long lasting than a iPads battery!

Purchased on Black Friday on a trip to visit in laws. Went home with my purchase, charged it up, and was super happy with the tablet! Purchased it for drawing, and was pleased with the responsiveness and screen quality. That is until a few weeks later, when I noticed that when the device was under 30% battery it would just completely shut down. I would have to hard restart the device after charging. When I booted it back up, I thought it was strange that the battery life was already at 55%. Turns out that the battery in these newer samsung tablets degrades extremely quickly, and the device just sitting on the shelves or in a warehouse for so long means that by the time the consumer purchases the item, it might already be defective. Of course I wasn't able to return the item as it was past the 15 day window. So now I have a really nice and functioning tablet, with only 2/3 of the battery life, and no warning as to when the device will shut off. I wouldn't recommend this tablet for this reason. If I had known that the battry life would degrade like this, I would have bitten the bullet and sold my soul to apple instead.

Smooth, vivid and intuitive to use. Display is clean & bright and if you are an Android user, super easy to sync with your phone for compatibility.

Great tablet had an older one ordered the cover also. Had GREAT customer service at Best Buy Johnstown Terry the manager is top notch!!!!

Great product for day to day use. Excellent value

This tablet functions incredibly just as one would expect from Samsung. The only issue is sometimes if you bump the side of the tablet the screen shuts off, other than that no complaints.

All Perfect, good designe, battery, memory and fast

Lasted about a year and a half, then cratered on me. My third Samsung tablet; the other 2 are still going strong. I use these almost exclusively for sheet music and enjoyed the big bright screen while it lasted. I'm afraid to try Samsung tablets again.

It functions well but i liked my old one better. Transferring data from the old one to this one was a pain.

It tends to freeze sometimes. The battery life could be better.

Very good browsing and watching videos, lags when multitasking also LCD display not the best in color accuracy but do the job. Pen is useful but need to buy a cover to accommodate the pen

No charger included; only the adapter(wall plug). One would think for the price, it would include one. I purchased this at best buy last night and the salesman was great, but the store knows their money is best made off service plans and accessories. Perhaps he didn’t know a charger wasn’t included, but who wouldn’t have assumed it didn’t? The tablet was 33% charged when I powered it up and went through the set up process, so I was happy about that. The tablet is really nice. Sharp color and sleek design. I’m bery happy with my purchase.
