I'm newly retired and I decided to replace most of my Windows "power tech" with a competent Chromebook. This one is perfect for me. Great screen for this size and price point and the processor is up to the task of running multiple tabs including MS Office apps. My generation prefers a mouse to a touchpad and the bundled keyboard/case makes this a great little laptop that turns tablet when needed.

I absolutely love this tablet! I use it as my television and its size is perfect!

First: I love my tablet. I purchased an open box in EXCELLENT condition. By Best Buy definition: Products in Excellent condition look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs — and include all original parts and accessories (or a suitable replacement). The product will be in its original box (or a suitable replacement). Cool! Open box but I will get the tablet, s-pen, and charger. I received a tablet, after market charger and NO S-Pen. I spoke to a few customer service agents, that somehow lost connection as soon as I quoted their definition of excellent was. I finally was able to get a supervisor (I hate being like that) who greatly understood my confusion and frustration BUT if I wanted to get an S-Pen I would need to drive 2 hours to the closest store and get one. I took the drive, after an hour and a half in store, in more words told I was lying that I had been told I was to be given one. I left with an S-Pen that was taken from a new boxed tablet. When they had replacement ones on the shelf. So... A week after I get my tablet I got an S-Pen. But I know someone else will have to go through the same thing I did. To recap: love my tablet, customer service is not that friendly or understanding
