Device is as expected. I've been a Galaxy user for years and needed an updated processor. Best Buy purchase was a nightmare. 30 minutes after arrival and check in a curbside pickup, I made my way inside. At the service desk staff could not locate my Tablet. Store inventory showed it was picked and ready. Online inventory showed two more in the store. They were no where to be found. Had to order online and wait a week. That was a wasted trip and day.

This tablet is smooth, fast, and easy to use. I don't do much beyond play a few games and surf the web, so I can't speak to the intense productivity that some people do, but I like it a lot so far. Best Buy had a good deal on it which made my purchase even easier.

Love this tablet. Easy setup, great picture and sound quality. Battery life is good and charges very quickly. Price point is great. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this tablet again. The amazing customer service was a bonus. I'm a very happy customer!

This is a fantastic tablet. So easy to use I taught my 75-year-old dad to use it in no time. Good resolution and battery life. The included S-Pen is also quite functional. If you can catch it on sale, it's a real good value!

I've been using this thing to get back into digital art, and it's been about a month. So far I haven't found much to complain about. I didn't get the top-of-the-line, so mine has the lowest storage and memory options. Storage-wise I don't need much, because everything gets sent to cloud storage once my art is vectored. RAM-wise, it's a little slow. It gets a little sluggish, but it's not bad enough to affect my drawing. If you need a tablet that does the basics (up to vectoring large image files), this thing works great. If you need immediate response times with no lag, maybe opt for the one with more RAM or a newer generation of the Galaxy Tab. For me? This thing has really worked well.

This tablet is fantastic for watching youtube videos. I'm be able to really multitask. This tablet is highly underrated. It's a great device to be able to use with a galaxy tab s9, for example

My twin grand-daughters love this drawing tablet. They are always using it to create their art and are able to save. The keyboard cover is able to protect the Tablet & is a must have!

This is a great beginners and intermediate tablet for artists. Very similar to the s6 lite but bigger. They are very fragile tablets and need as much protection and care as possible. Very good for drawing and comes with Clip Studio to start

I still like actually seeing and handling what i am interested in getting. The staff person we got was very helpful in helping us select a tablet that would suit our needs and we were very satisfied with the model we chose.
