Massive Upgrade

The 4K HDR screen looks amazing, it’s like my TV was shrunken down into portable form. The response time of the screen to touch is great which means that writing with the S-Pen winds up feeling like you’re writing on paper. As an upgrade to a Nexus 9 bought on day one, it’s a huge leap. As someone who doesn’t work in any kind of design field, it’s overkill. But, the screen is amazing.

I received this as a Christmas gift from my wife and family and it has not disappointed me one bit. Definitely outdid Apple iPad in some ways with a better screen, price, and use of Microsoft Game Pass. I still love Apple, don't get me wrong, but as an illustrator, I really loved Samsung's new and really improved tablet. Also, the size (12.4 in.) is amazing!!

So happy I bought another for hubby.

Ultimately it came down to price and practicality. This came with a pen and while it has lower storage I can add storage. I already have Google based apps and uses so the main thing leaning towards an iPad was the art apps available but I found others for android that work too. Great battery life and the pen is pretty precise with my unsteady hand.
