The listing assured me that it was in Excellent condition, and comes with all the original parts. Best Buy sent the tablet alone. Excellent condition, but sans thé S Pen and everything else. Called CS and got a lot of useless apologies, but 0 resolution. caveat emptor if buying open box. Best Buy post sales suck.

Massive failure in not having a reasonable storage option for the stylus pen. The magnet on the back isn't reliable so if you're in the market for a case, try to find one that has stylus storage

It’s pretty fast but I returned mine and bought the iPad Pro that I’m happy with powerful!

The cover was way too expensive as well as the screen protector.
