I got an open boxed edition, with a trade in and 70 in bestbuy giftcard points. Paid $250 out of pocket. I've had the s7, s8 ultra(too big), ipad pro 11 M1, and the 12.9in m1. All great but all different, this was the best bang for the buck.

Included a data cable but both ends had "C" usb but no block to plug in to outlet. MOST, and every other device I have purchased has a cable with a regular usb on one end and the block included used the regular usb. I realize to save paper an instruction manual is not included but a simple pamphlet that tells you basic operation should be included for those of us who not "tech" savvy.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with his credit card. The guy who helped us was very helpful and sweet. Even after the store was closed, he still managed to help us . We really appreciate all the help!!

Finds it to be more user friendly . Its the perfect size and weight for her. Not much of a learning curve needed. Lots on new stuff to try and it works in the real world.

The 128GB memory is small but good enough for my needs. Glad Samsung has kept the micro SD expandable port on the Galaxy tablets.

Other than that it seem to be a good product. I like the volume. The battery life is not as long as promised.

I'm so in love with my new tablet. It turned out to be so much more useful than I expected. I use it all day for note taking at work then play games and draw on it for the rest of the day.

Not disappointed at all.

It's been really great for that as well as light web usage and casual gaming. Highly recommend getting a case that holds the s-pen.
