Hardware problem!!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought the galaxy tab s8 plus due to the fact that my Galaxy tab s7 plus was turning off by itself. It wasn't on any sleep mode or battery saving options on both tablets, and later I find out it was the internal hardware on both tablets. I will be 4-6 weeks without my Galaxy tab s8 plus, and I can't wait to get it back. Update Coming Soon!!

Samsung Tablets do not come with wall chargers!!!

I had to pay over forty dollars for a part the comes standard with IPADS. When I went to both Best Buy and Samsung customer service I felt they blamed me. No empathy. I kept the chats on both companies and plan on sending them to HQ. This made what was originally an exciting purchase to total disappointment. Not a Great job on both companies.
