She is losing her eyesight and needs huge fonts and display. She is very happy with it. It replaced an iPad. She is sticking with Samsung devices because they are geared to be customizable by the user... unlike that other brand.

No dead touch zones or pixels. The software sometimes stuttered. After a quick online search, it seems this is an issue with one UI ram plus feature. After disabling that from settings now it's working great. overall in excellent condition - as listed.
