Not up to expectations

My intended use is primarily for watching videos. I was quickly disappointed. 1. As a TV substitute the Fire TV app is a must have app. It doesn't work on this Tablet. I could connect and see the live shows available and recorded programs. But when I tried to watch something there was a message that there was a playback error with the Recast device. However Recast works fine with my TV and with an iPad. So that isn't the problem. 2. I streamed a couple of shows. The video quality is inferior to a 2019 Surface laptop, a 2019 iPad, and my TV.

At first she thought it would be too big but she loves the size. She loves the spec. The only downfall, not too many cases for the Ultra.
