This tablet is top notch and then some, far and away the most powerful, full-featured option for a productivity tablet on the market today. The 14 inch screen elevates it far beyond a typical media consumption device. It's custom made to take advantage of DeX mode and when engaged, it works almost exactly like a Windows or Mac laptop. Add a mouse and the keyboard case and you can accomlish almost anything you can on a laptop. It offers a feather-lightweight, portable form factor to boot. DeX mode does seem to consume battery; in the course of a normal work day in DeX mode I only got about 6 hours out of it. Using it with regular Android mode nets you about 8 hours. It may not be the answer for those who want a media consumption device. It's a bit bulky and heavy to hold in one hand, for example. Set on a table with the kickstand, however, it offers a superior experience watching movies than a typical 5", 7", or 10" tablet. The graphics are crystal clear, sharp, and smooth, and the sound is surprisingly loud when turned up. The S-Pen is a welcome boon to artists looking to escape the i-Infrastructure cage. It's powered and clips magnetically to the back of the tablet (under the keyboard case) and will magnetically sit on top. As a bonus, it works with the non-powered fine-tip pressure-sensitive stylus pen from an eInk tablet I have, so you should be able to get inexpensive backup pens for it. The tablet also syncs to other Samsung devices, so if you've got a Samsung phone, TV, and tablet, you can really create a nice personalized network of devices for yourself. If I have any complaints about this, it's the price. It's exceptionally expensive for what it is, especially given that you can get very good laptops for half the price. In the end, however, if you want an Android tablet that will smoke any other tablet on the market, including those most-well-known competitor i-tablets, this is the one to grab.

This is an Awesome Tablet, The best second monitor that you could possibly buy, Image, Quaility Color is Supreme. The Cover Keyboard is pretty much a must for you to get the best out of it. It's big Yes is big, but you're going to love the screen real state as soon as your start to use and you would not want to switch to anything with less quality or dimensions. Performance cannot be better, browsing the web, checking your emails, google docs, edit a picture a video it's a breeze. Apps keep in mind this is an Android tablet not a laptop, but you will have all the play store available for you plus anythin that runs in a browser. I can tell you give it a shooot you won't regret it.

Best tablet out there. As far as size battery life and speed.

I bought this mainly because of Using it for my Cricut machine, it is great for that but there is so many other options that i can do with it. Great size, amazing picture and the battery life is the best. Love this tablet, best investment I've made!!!!

I've had this tablet for over five months now and I'm still happy with It's performance. The screen is HUGE !!! The tablet is also attached to my phone and laptop so that no matter what my progress is in a program, or YouTube, it saves my place. Video chats are top notch and playing my video games with this tablet has definitely improved my performance. Great buy !!!

This tablet is amazing for the current price. Yes the new one might have all the NEW bells and whistles, but this one carries the most value. It has plenty of ram and storage, all while coming with an s pen and Great battery life. I am pursuing a degree atm and i gotta say this is the best machine to study 100 percent.

I really like the larger screen size. I use the tablet for playing games, and this makes it enjoyable. The only drawback is the S Pen isn't working as expected after adding a screen saver. The screen saver was recommended by an associate at the store. I may bring the tablet in to the Geek squad to see what is possible.

I'm not a Samsung person. Well, basically I avoid Samsung. But I love this table. I big enough to be a table or a TV. Comfortable to work, play or just watch YouTube, Netflix or any other media. Someone can feel it a little big, but for me is just about. Also, excellent sound and resolution. The performance is super responsive.

Probably one of my best purchase in a while. Im a sign maker and i use this to do everything except Hardcore grapgic designs. I use it to monitor.my building cameras and small entertainmen ises like drawing and watching movies on it. Its very fast and i dont see myself upgrading for a very long time. Great product!

Exceptional performance and flexibility. Works faster than any ipad i have owned. Very large screen and super color and detail. Only negative is it is a bit heavy, but expected with all the capabilities. S-pen is very nice and useful for graphics, etc.

Best tablet I've ever used! The display is absolutely gorgeous, face unlock works very quickly and accurately and battery life has been good for me so far. I charge using my 45W Samsung charger and this tablet charges very quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Android tablet and wants the best out.

What a great tablet. Amazing smiles screen. Plenty of brightness. Light weight. All day battery life with moderate use. Any android user will love this tablet. I actually use this tablet more than my iPad Air because of its size and picture quality. The sound in it will amaze you.

This tablet is incredible! Display - 10/10 - The 14inch OLED panel is a sight to behold. Incredible dynamic range and color gamut. Audio - 7/10 - Good for a tablet, but not quite as good as iPad Pro. -3 pts for lack of headphone jack. +1 point for LDAC codec support. Stylus - 9/10 - The new SPen is a fantastic tool that needs a slightly better storage area. (Can be remedied with a case) Performance - 8/10 - Good, but not an Apple device for sure. The 256GB/12GB model has plenty of memory for a full workflow across multiple apps. Extras - 10/10 - These features really set this tablet apart from the others. - Ability to use the tablet as a wireless PC graphics tablet with robust stylus support. - Samsung Dex. (It's really quite good now!) The first feature is why I decided on this tablet over the latest iPad Pro. It offers incredible versatility for artists who work with programs like Photoshop, Krita, or even Blender. On the SPen and drawing experience: It's not quite as good as an iPad Pro, but the versatility makes up for the technical deficiencies. Particularly, app support for low latency and all the features are difficult to find on the Play Store. The full (or mostly full) feature set seems to be supported by: - Any Samsung App - Infinite Painter - Krita (beta) - I think tilt support is still a bit wonky, though. On one of these apps, the SPen really shines. The latency and accuracy are both solid and lends a buttery smoothness to the experience. Outside of these apps, the experience varies from acceptable to pretty good - probably because of the raw horsepower of this device. On using the device as a wifi graphics tablet: Unfortunately wifi means we must sacrifice latency. That being said, if you have a Wifi6E enabled network like I do, latency is quite good! This technology is meant for lower latency applications such as this, so if you are buying this tablet for this reason, definitely budget for a better router. Outside of latency, it appears all the technical features of tilt, pressure sensitivity, and accuracy are retained. This is exactly what you need if you prefer to run Krita on the desktop, or perhaps you want to touch up a photo in Adobe Photoshop really quick. The Samsung Tab S8 ultra is a amazing Tablet with a Massive Display which provides detailed rich colors and fantastic visual effects, the overall performance of the tablet is noticeable different than the Samsung S7 plus Tablet, I purchased the 256gig version which is plenty of storage capability due to the micro sd card feature that supports cards up to 1tb ,the spen performance is much more responsive than the S7 plus which is fantastic when drawing or making notes, and Samsung Dex works perfect as a Laptop supplement, this Tablet should actually be compared to a Chrome book based on the performance and features, so if you are looking for a iPad replacement this Tablet is the one For years Android tablets have not been able to keep up with the iPad but this is a Different Tablet that when you first power it on you will be Completely Surprised A++

I've been using the Tab S8 Ultra for a while now, and I've been really impressed with it. The display is stunning, and the performance is top-notch. I've been able to run multiple apps at once without any lag. The S Pen is a great addition. It's very accurate and responsive. The software has been updated with new features, such as DeX mode and improved multitasking Overall, I'm really happy with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. It's a powerful and versatile tablet. .
