Liked the display but the charging was surprisingly slow when you don’t use the right charger (not included) The battery also drained all the way to 0 when I wasn’t even using it. Returned it the next day

very concerned about the design of the pen and how strong the magnet is. picked this up open box no charger no box bb said condition was fair that was a lie scratches and dings all over device. not a good experience

3 months after I bought it, the screen sent black and it wasn’t as easy to use the warranty as I would imagine.

Horrible :( battery won’t last long, there’s no way I can keep the screen on, I have to keep logging in over and over, the screen flickers due to a OLED display and gives me bad headaches, this is just a 16” phone, this is my last Samsung or android purchase that’s for sure. I’m returning this brick.

The only thing I'm not disappointed on this thing is the size of the screen. It regularly freezes. Unregularly disconnect from Is Wi-Fi. Which is surprising I usually like Samsung Tablets.

I've been waiting for a large Android tablet and this one is great!!! Nice and large with a great new UI and lots of storage. I got this on sale as a used unit which really made it a good deal. It was, as advertised, "Like New"

This was the first time I purchased an item from "open box" and I must say, I was very pleased. The tablet arrived within a 5 day period and I was provided shipment updates. The tablet was just as described in "excellent" condition. I have used it several times since purchasing, and I love it. Not only is the big screen incredible, it makes watching movies that much enjoyable. The features such as Dex and using Microsoft Office 365 works smoothly. I also like the fact that you can expand storage with an SD card. I could not justify spending over $300 for the the keyboard case, so I bought a nice quality tablet case for $40, and will be using a bluetooth keyboard that works perfectly with the tablet. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.

Fantastic tablet, I was concerned it may be too big but now that I've had it for a few weeks I couldn't imagine going back to a smaller screen. S pen is a major plus.

Nice table works well large screen makes it easier to see. Only issue is the easy that the pen can be knocked off, other than that great addition to my house.

An excellent tablet that is large but not too big so as to limit use. Still easy to carry on trip. Great picture and easy to use. Still getting use to add on keyboard.

Excellent product with a giant size; great for drawing and sketching with the low latency pen. Absolutely amazing for watching media content... but the advertisement for the product is very misleading. There is a nice size bathtub notch at the top of the display that cuts out of the bezel into the AMOLED. Samsung tries to hide this fact by using the advertisement wallpaper that is all dark. It should be false advertisement and should be barred from being shown like it is. But otherwise, a fine tablet.

Excellent tablet for the money! I got the 512gb wifi only version with the keyboard cover for free which would cost you well over $1700 for an equivalent iPad Pro with the pencil and magic keyboard. Content looks great and the speakers are fantastic! If your looking for a massive screen with endless customization as far as layouts for apps and widgets you can't go wrong. Not to mention Samsung Dex for multitasking on a more Windows type interface.

It's bigger then an iPad pro, comes with a stylus which makes note taking amazing. Great screen, very thin, I suggest a case

awesome super big and the color Quality is very nice. I cracked the screen and had to pay a 70 dollar fee but it was all covered. I’m glad I got the protection

The best tablet I have ever seen. Kinda expensive but worth every penny.
