I absolutely love my tablet. I actually use it with keyboard and mouse and use an extra monitor as a second screen. Its lightning fast and works as a desktop with a clean interface.

Thoroughly and completely disappointed with this transaction with best buy. I bought this tablet as open-box excellent meaning I was expecting to get this without the original box or paperwork which was fine. What I did not expect was to not get any of the accessories that are supposed to come with the tablet mainly the S pen. It annoyed me that this $900 tablet was sent to me in a ziplock bag but it annoyed me further when I opened it to not find what I paid for. I phoned customer service to see if there was anything I could do about it mainly just get a credit to buy the pen. I didn't even go into the fact that what I received was open box good and paid the open box excellent price which was over 100 bucks difference. It was like pulling teeth. Just terrible to which they explained my only option was to return and exchange even though the item I bought was out of stock and likely would not be stocked again. Then after multiple back and forth conversations where I told them just to credit me for the missing pen they finally relented 30 mins and many hold later. Very disappointed I can't even enjoy the fact that I purchased this tablet as a gift for my significant other. I have to go spend more money on the accessories that were supposed to come with it. Don't think I'll be purchasing an open box item ever again. Thank you best buy for this terrible experience. I did turn the tablet on and atleast it works. The display looks stellar. It's moves fast and like I said it's a gift so I haven't had the chance to game on it.

Great tablet. Expensive but awesome for viewing movies and videos. Very lightweight and thin yet rigid. Have recommended to several of my friends.

This is the best tablet I've ever had. There is nothing negative to say. The display is flawless. Great size too. Everything is great quality.

I've owned several Samsung products, cellbphones, tablets, tvs and in this particular case this tablet is by far the fastest and nicest i have owned. Excellent display and easy to set up.

Samsung out did themselves on this one. This is the best tablet I've ever owned. Its fast, the s pen works perfectly, the touch sensitivity is amazing, the size of the screen is unbelievable and it runs flawlessly.

Excellent choice over any Apple product if you want a tablet with a great display, high performance and easy use via familiar Android operating system and available apps. The optional keyboard is a must, but is a bit over-priced; however, we recommend the keyboard which doubles as a very good case.

Great tablet for the price. Also great graphics and easy to use.
