I have been using the device heavily for over a month now. I honestly thought there was no way I would pick this thing up more than my iPad Pro but I love this device. I also thought that I wouldn't like the S-Pen compared to the Apple Pencil, but I like it just as equally. The display, speakers, front-facing camera, and overall performance is amazing. I usually get a full day of battery with heavy usage (using it for laptop-like tasks or as a second screen to a pc) and then some. The Android app ecosystem is still not as manicured and curated like the Apple app ecosystem. There are still some instances where major apps like facebook insist in running in portrait mode even though the device is being held in landscape. But for the most part this has not bothered me and found work arounds. The fact that you can utilize Dex mode when attaching a keyboard and mouse with it's multi-tasking awesomeness is a huge plus of what helps me be productive on the device as well. My only gripe about the S9+ and I almost hate to even mention it because it's not that big of a deal for me, is that it's uncomfortable to hold in portrait mode for long periods. It feels heavy and awkward after some time. I bet a different aspect ratio of screen would help that ... but also holding a 12" device in portrait mode may just never feel natural anyway. That aside, if you need a tablet and can afford this one, I don't think you'll be unhappy with it.

I previously enjoyed my Tab S7 for a good number of years before I decided to trade it in for the Plus model. I will be writing this with the mindset that I traded in an old tablet and received a free slim folding keyboard along with my order. First, I am rather disappointed that Samsung had decided to no longer include a wall adapter inside the box for their tablets any more but the blame lays more on Apple for popularizing that trend. I do have a 45w charger that is able to charge up this large tablet with no issue. I personally thought 12.4 inches of screen would be a tad too much on the bigger side of tablets, but when compared to the nearly comical 14.6 inch Ultra, I know I made the right choice. The performance of this thing is rather outmatched for an ARM based device. I ran a few tests and was rather impressed, my bigger test being that I run Vampire Survivors and choose as many abilities that show a lot of particle effects and put a large number of sprites on the screen to see how the tablet handles it. My tab S7 managed to crash a few times if I pushed it too hard, the tab S9+ ate it all up for breakfast without any milk. This tablet can handle most mobile tasks with ease. Now, is it worth $1000 at the base cost? Sort of. You have to keep in mind that you're buying a powerful device that at the base starts with 256gb and can be expanded via microsd, supports usb c, has an amazing screen and some very serviceable speakers. If you have the right workflow that mostly lives online you could use this as your main computer and DEX mode could actually fill in some gaps that regular Android leaves. Do no hesitate if you have an older tablet, you are buying some quality tech right here.

This tablet had great screen quality and isn't very heavy. I mainly use this for drawing and I sometimes notice the screen will get hot near the battery but I haven't had any issues. The battery life is pretty great for this too. I sometimes use it to watch videos and even the sound quality has impressed me.

I'm upgrading from an Ipad Air 4th gen, so I'm already seeing a big difference not only in the specs but also the ecosystem. I wanted to have an OLED screen and the option to turn the tablet to a 2nd monitor when needed for work. I like that it has that flexibility. I really like using the split screen feature, and notice I actually use the pen unlike when I had the Ipad. The biggest plus was that it already comes with it and enough storage with the option to add MORE externally. I opted for the 9+ instead of the ultra since I wanted more portability and for gaming without feeling impaired by its size and weight. I'm glad I upgraded.

I had an online math class where I needed to write a lot of long problems, and getting this made me so much faster because I could edit and submit, and watch course videos all on one device. integrates well with samsung phone. size is nice, quality is nice, but the included s pen sets it ahead of Apple. The camera is slightly fisheye for zoom calls etc but its so nice to have a portable everything tool for when I need to be away from my desk or want to write by hand. good for watching videos too, get a nice case and a tablet stand and you can do anything.

Tablet came in perfect condition. Best Buy is by far the best place to buy electronics online. Highly recommend! Tablet itself is great. It isn't too small or too big, it's just about right. The screen is great and the 120hz refresh rate makes navigating the tablet smooth as butter. Battery life is great too, depending on what you are using it for. Outside of video games, the battery life lasts a great deal of time. Usually an entire day and a half.

The Galaxy S9 Plus tablet has a very good build quality and a good size, crystal clear display. The S-pen is very powerful and packed with lots of advanced technologies which allows it to be customized. The tablet works seamlessly with my A model Samsung phone. I purchased this tablet to replace my aging laptop. However, I am not a power user on the laptop these days. So, I am able substitute Microsoft software for Google apps; such as, Word (Docs), Excel (Sheets), & PowerPoint (Slides). You can except this tablet (S9+) to feel & work as well as every other high end Samsung device.

I owned a Tab S8 for years and I love it! So i decided to get the next model up which is the Tab S9 Ultra and then returned it..i will tell you my story about this. I tried to like the tab s9 ultra but just couldn't find a really good reason to keep it as it's just TOO BIG to hold! Sure it has a nice big screen but in the long term if you're like me, you would want something that is portable and yet a good screen size. So i ended up returning my Tab S9 Ultra for the Tab S9+ and i been happier since i made that decision. It's comfortable to hold and not so heavy as opposed to the Ultra. Let's be real folks, would you lug a 14.6 tablet around? Moral to this story is try it in store before you buy it! Only get the Ultra if you're looking into a laptop replacement type but if you want the best of both worlds, then go with the S9+. You won't regret it!

If you are looking for a tablet for college or entertainment this is a pretty solid option. The screen size and quality it’s amazing, also the built in speakers the sound pretty good and with a good balance. I took notes in college with and it’s pretty easy and practical. The only down point that I found is the quality of the photos that is pretty basic.

Great device, bought it for handwriting notes. Samsung's native note-taking app has surprisingly covered all the bases, so I didn't even need to buy any apps. The display is absolutely breathtaking when watching HD videos. Battery life is longer than expected, I can use it for 2-3 days before needing to recharge.

It's a great tablet for work, fast and efficient, with long battery life and excellent resolution. My work has definitely improved greatly by using this tablet as a tool. It's also been excellent for entertainment, checking my social media and watching movies while traveling.

I bought this tablet for myself and my husband to use when we are not near a desktop, but also so our 6th grader could use it for his online school assignments. My kiddo actually watched movies, did assignments and played games on it during a 22 hour road trip and we didn’t have to charge it until the next day! We have absolutely no complaints. It was a great buy and worth the price. It has speed when loading apps and surfing the internet. I would definitely recommend this tablet!

Way better then anything on the market - Fast, easy to use. Multi-functions are a blessing, especially when it comes to office work. On my old S tablet, those features werent available making it harder to do my work. Laptops are out, and too expensive...tablets are amazing and affordable, and accessible. Love the drawing feature, the pen glides so smoothly. Tons of features just like your phone and can even call and text. Set up your phone and tablet together and anything you do on the phone changes on the tablet. Its awesome. Get you a cute cover, portable keyboard and the world is yours.

Great screen, battery life, and features for thr current price of $699. Not much if a difference with the S10 plus and is still relevant and competes even with current flagship specs

This tablet is a great product. Whether I use it for entertainment like Netflix or Hulu or when taking notes for my school work it has been a flawless experience and so smooth. It also works great since I'm already in the Samsung ecosystem and makes my life so much easier when I need to do something else like multitasking.
